Walking is all about the rhythm of the steps you’re taking, being alone with your thoughts, being aware of your surroundings. The sounds, the people, the quiet, the smells, the colors, the road you’re walking on. A destination isn’t needed, your feet will take you wherever you’re meant to go. Just be there. In the moment. And with every step you take, let all your struggles, doubts, fears and thoughts go. One by one.
